NEMAMIAH Hosts “A Smile for Christmas” Charity Event to Support Children in Need

Mauritius – NEMAMIAH, an organization active for over three years in the fields of education, social solidarity, and well-being, is organizing a charity event scheduled for December 7th. The event, titled “A Smile for Christmas” – NEMAMIAH Solidarity Ball, will be held from 4 PM at Greg’s Pub in Pointe aux Sables.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds and gather donations for the organization’s initiative “1,000 Toys for 1,000 Smiles”, which forms part of the HOPE project. This initiative aims to provide Christmas gifts to children in need in Petite Rivière. The act of donating toys is intended to bring joy and hope to children from underprivileged backgrounds.

NEMAMIAH has established several collection points across Mauritius to receive new donations, including toys and reading materials for teenagers. These locations include:
