Purposely located between the spa and the fitness center, Bon Manzer offers a rich wellness menu where organic methods are the preferred style of preparation. Healthy, wholesome dishes include fresh palm-heart salad with tomato, healthy sandwiches and wraps coupled with freshly squeezed vegetable juices.
